The major objectives which are aligned to this goal are to develop a manpower plan which will ensure the time acquisition of the best talent to enable the agency to achieve the goals and objectives, to attract, recruit train and retain employees with the requisite skills and competencies and experience, identify training needs and implement training to fill the skills gaps and to implement and monitor the performance management system. The achievement of these objectives will ensure that the Agency creates and maintains a work environment that is conducive to employee engagement, productivity and customer service excellence.
