The following is a message from the Minister of Local Government and Community Development, the Honourable Desmond McKenzie.

Minister McKenzie is urging Jamaicans to take heed and make sure they are adequately prepared for the advent of Hurricane Matthew. If you reside in a flood prone area and you are asked by Authorities to evacuate, please obey. We want you to be safe.
