The Center of Isaac moving Through the Leeward Island

At 4:00 a.m. the centre of Tropical Storm Isaac was located near Latitude 15.3 degrees north and Longitude 64.0 degrees west.
Isaac is moving towards the west at 19 km/h and some erratic movement toward the west-northwest to northwest could occur this morning. A steady motion toward the west-northwest is expected to begin by this afternoon or tonight and continue into Friday. On the forecast track, the centre of Isaac should pass to the south of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico today, approaching the Dominican Republic tonight and Friday.
Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 65 km/h, with higher gusts. However, re-strengthening is forecast during the next 48 hours and Isaac could still become a hurricane on Friday before it reaches Hispaniola.
All interests are urged to pay attention to subsequent releases by the Meteorological Service as we continue to monitor the progress of Tropical Storm Isaac.
Tropical Depression Ten moving West-North-westward over the Central Atlantic
At 4:00 a.m. the centre of Tropical Depression Ten was located near Latitude 14.5 degrees north and Longitude 40.6 degrees west.
The Depression is moving towards the west-northwest near 26 km/h and this general motion is expected to continue through Saturday.
Maximum sustained winds are near 55 km/h with higher gusts. Some strengthening is forecast during the next 48 hours and the Depression is expected to become a Tropical Storm later today or Friday.
Tropical Depression Ten is not a threat to Jamaica.
