Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Registrar General’s Department (RGD), Dr. Patricia Holness.

In making this announcement, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Registrar General’s Department, Dr. Patricia Holness, explained that the changes were based on the challenges being experienced in securing the usual paper on time.
She added that, in order to ensure that the Agency meets the demands of the public, the new measure has been implemented. The change will be in effect for the next four months, up to January 31, 2011. All stakeholders will be informed.
The security paper to be used is not new to the public, as the RGD issues No-Impediment certificates on this paper format. This new security paper format carries similar security features to the previous paper, and bears the signature of the Registrar General and Deputy Keeper of the Records. All certificates issued during this period are valid.
