The Government’s work to address unemployment and facilitate youth development were celebrated recently at the Technology Access Programme (TAP) Closing Ceremony. Under TAP, 890 young people from vulnerable communities across all 14 parishes successfully completed training in various disciplines in collaboration with the Caribbean Maritime University.
