Work has officially started on Part B the Southern Coastal Highway Improvement Project (SCHIP). Prime Minister Andrew Holness broke ground for the 384 million US dollar project on November 16 in Yallahs, St Thomas. He noted that focus is being placed on Part B of the project to maximize the benefit to taxpayers and to the residents of the eastern section of the island.
