The Rural Agricultural Development Authority (RADA) says significant work is taking place with the testing of varieties for the production of fries under the National Irish Potato Programme. The initiative is being carried out in collaboration with Northern Caribbean University, the University of the West Indies and with the support of the Government of Colombia.
