The Ministry of Youth and Culture undertook several initiatives for 2015 all aimed at preserving Jamaica’s culture as well as protecting the nation’s youth. The Ministry has been working to achieve goal one of vision 2030 where Jamaicans are empowered to achieve their fullest potential through training and employment, safeguarding the welfare of the nation’s children, while ensuring that the country continued to make its mark in world culture and heritage.
