Ministry of Education Addresses Teacher Shortage

During the period September 2019 to February 5, 2020, 390 teachers resigned, leaving some schools without their full complement of teachers.This number, comprising mainly high-school educators, represents 1.6 per cent of the approximately 26,000 teachers in the system.
