Energy Minister, Dr. Andrew Wheatley says the government continues to encourage greater use of renewable energy sources. Speaking in a recent interview with Ian Boyne Minister Wheatley highlighted a major renewable energy project to be rolled out in Negril early next year. The Minister also provided more information on the Street Lighting Installation Loss Reduction and Community Renewal (SILC) programme set to come on stream August this year.
