Jamaica’s Promise – MOHW conducts Wellness Check-ins at High Schools

Jamaica’s Promise – MOHW conducts Wellness Check-ins at High Schools

As part of the Ministry of Health and Wellness’ School Mental Health Literacy Program, portfolio Minister, Dr. Christopher Tufton, and stakeholders from the Ministry of Education and Youth have been conducting a series of Wellness Check-In sessions at several high schools across the island.  The sessions included stress-management technique displays, exercise sessions aimed at promoting mental wellness and strategies to reduce stigma.
