The Factories Corporation of Jamaica (FCJ) underwent a period of restructuring over the last year, geared towards streamlining the agency’s processes, and better enabling it to fulfil its mandate of enhancing national development by providing quality commercial space to qualified investors. Chairman of the FCJ Lyttleton Shirley, recapped the steps taken during the restructuring period, in a recent interview with Ian Boyne.
