Many classify GenZ as the generation that has been raised on the internet, mobile devices, and social media.  In addition, a global study by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) found that Gen Z and millennials presently make up around 38% of the workforce globally, with a projected increase to about 58% by 2030.
