Career Talk – Commonwealth Scholarships for Small Island Developing States

For Jamaicans interested in pursuing post-graduate studies in the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth Scholarships provide excellent avenues for you to explore. The scholarships are usually awarded to talented individuals with the potential to make a positive impact on the global stage, who would not otherwise be able to afford to study in the UK. Recently, at a special reception held at the British High Commission in Kingston, Alumni Relations Manager for the Association of Commonwealth Universities’, Kirsty Scott announced a new iteration of the Commonwealth Scholarships – the Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships program for Small Island Developing States (SIDs).
