The Full Story

The public is invited to donate to the toy and book drive that e-Learning Jamaica is undertaking for the Christmas season. The items are for children from infanthood to seven years old.

Communications Manager, e-Learning Jamaica, Kimona Gordon, told JIS News that the “organisation has decided to embark on this initiative, as our flagship project ‘tablet in schools’ focuses on children, and, therefore, the idea is to continue to bring joy to this same group for the festive season”.

In addition to books and toys, the Communications Manager said donors may also submit items such as children’s vitamins; baby formula; bedding; cleaning supplies and food items.

The company will be donating the toys and books to the New Hope Children’s Home in Mandeville on December 22.

Donations may be made at the e-Learning’s Office at 36 Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10, from December 1 to 19.
