The Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF) invites tenders from suitably qualified entities to perform Architectural, Coastal/Civil/Structural/Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Land Surveying and Project Management.
Scope of Works:
The Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF) has decided to develop the properties to include at a minimum the construction of changing and rest room facilities, installation of perimeter fence, parking area, gazebos, band stands, children play area, seating, walkways, landscaping, lighting, water supply, sewage treatment and shoreline protection (where applicable). The project is comprised of nine (9) independent beaches for which design and development and execution processes are required.
