The Culture, Health, Arts, Sports and Education (CHASE) Fund will be undertaking the redevelopment of an existing building at 8 Belmont Road, Kingston 5.
DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
Contractors are invited to pre-qualify to carry out the works which involves the rehabilitation, renovation and redevelopment of an existing two-floor, reinforced concrete office building of approximately 555 m2 (6,000 ft2), with an approximate 60 m2 (645 ft2) structure at roof level, all complete with associated electrical and air-conditioning installations and related external and other works.
