Prime Minister,the Most Hon. Portia Simpson Miller (centre), offers words of advice to children of the Payne Land community in Kingston, who had gathered to greet her during a tour of sections of the community today (August 12). Mrs. Simpson Miller was accompanied by members of a visiting humanitarian group based in the United States, Joseph Assignment Global Initiative.
