Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller (Centre) thanks Mr. Houlin Zhao, (left) Secretary-General of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) for the ITU’s support for Jamaica’s effort to fight cybercrimes. Mr. Zhao called on the Prime Minister on Wednesday (Feb 3) at the Office of the Prime Minister. Also present were Minister of Science, Technology, Energy and Mining Phillip Paulwell; Minister of State in the Ministry of Science, Technology, Energy and Mining Julian Robinson; Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister Mrs. Elaine Foster-Allen; Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Science Technology, Energy and Mining Ms. Hillary Stuart-Alexander, and International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Caribbean Area Office Representative Mr. Cleveland Thomas.
