Minister of Tourism and Entertainment, Hon. Dr. Wykeham McNeill (centre),  along with members of the tourism sector, cut the ribbon to officially open the Boston Beach in Portland. The newly upgraded Boston Beach  was officially handed over to the Portland Parish Council during a ceremony held at the facility on Thursday, January 14. Upgrading work was undertaken through funding provided by the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF), an agency of the Ministry of Tourism and Entertainment.
