Occasion was the media launch of the 38th Institute of Sports (INSPORTS) Primary School Athletics Championships at the National Indoor Sports Centre in Kingston on May 3. The Ministry has invested $10 million in this year’s championships, including the provision of 400 pairs of athletic spikes to students from the 89 participating schools. The event will be held from May 9-12 at the National Stadium in Kingston.
