Custos Rotulorum of Kingston, Hon. Steadman Fuller, lays a floral tribute at the shrine of National Hero, the Rt. Excellent Marcus Garvey, at National Heroes Park, Kingston, on Sunday (August 17), during a ceremony to commemorate the127th anniversary of the latter’s birth. Mr. Fuller represented Governor-General, His Excellency, the Most Hon. Sir Patrick Allen.
