Education, Youth and Information Minister, Hon. Fayval Williams, participates in a meditation exercise during a yoga session on June 13, at the High Commission of India in Kingston. The session is one of a series of activities being hosted by the High Commission of India to commemorate International Day of Yoga, to be celebrated on June 21. The exercise aims to highlight the benefits of yoga. This is the seventh International Day of Yoga, which is observed across the world.
