Prime Minister, the Most Hon. Andrew Holness (right), presents a special award to Private Odaine Thorpe for displying outstanding leadership and academics, proper dress and deportment, and the core values of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF). Occasion was the certification ceremony for the first 208 privates in the Jamaica National Service Corps (JNSC) programme, held on June 26 at Up Park Camp in Kingston.
