Partnership for Development

The need for accountability by the State as well as the willingness for citizen’s to show regard for the rights of others are highlighted by Ms. Maarit Kohonen in a schematic diagram during a caucus session on “Human Rights in Development”. Occasion was a two-day Human Rights symposium, organized by the Ministry of Justice and the Northern Caribbean University (NCU), held at the NCU campus in Mandeville.
