Chairman of the Board of the Washington based non-profit organization, Embracing Orphans, Carl Robanske, which has donated a house in Reading, Montego Bay, to the Child Development Agency (CDA) for use as a transition home for female wards of the state preparing to exit state care, as he address the official opening ceremony for the facility named “My Father’s House”.
