Vice-President for Corporate Affairs and Business Development, Karisma Hotel and Resorts, Ruben Becerra (left), fields questions from journalists during a press conference held at the offices of the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) in New Kingston on Tuesday (October 13). Dr. Wykeham McNeill, cuts the ribbon to signal the official opening and handing over of a Centre of Excellence at the Grange Hill High School in Westmoreland on Friday (October 9), while Principal of the institution, Errol Stewart, looks on. The facility, established by the Tourism Enhance Fund (TEF) at a cost of $4 million, will provide career training for male students in the areas of photography and furniture manufacturing.
