Managing Director of the Development Bank of Jamaica, (DBJ), Milverton Reynolds (third right), presents Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Environmental Health Foundation (EHF), Novlet Deans (third left), with a signed copy of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the provision of grant funding to the EHF, to carry out a development project in Parade Gardens, South Central Kingston.
