Maurice Smith grew up in St. Ann with his siblings his mother and grandmother, He attended St. Ann’s Bay Primary then York Castle High before moving on to the then Mico Teacher’s College to pursue a diploma in Education. The man was born a teacher as his family and close friends will tell you, They bear witness to the fact that he has been engaged in instruction from a tender age.
