One of Jamaica’s most powerful women in Politics and Music.Olivia Atavia St. Veronica Grange, Babsy, grew up in Western Kingston, two blocks from the Coronation Market. Despite hardship around her, Olivia grew up a happy child, never lacking because of the sense of community that existed among neighborhood members. On October 19 national honour of Commander of the Order of Distinction. will be presented with her insignia on National Heroes Day,
