Children in several communities in rural St. Catherine have benefitted from the distribution of back to school supplies provided by a United States-based, non-profit organization. Nita’s Kids Foundation, founded in 2013, distributed about 500 packages to students at a fair held in the rural community of Top Mountain recently. Beneficiaries also received school bags, book vouchers and one lucky child received a laptop.
