The Government is undertaking a three-year project expected to cut energy costs in the public sector through greater use of renewables and increasing conservation methods. The Deployment of Renewable Energy and Improvement of Energy Efficiency in the Public Sector Project is being undertaken through 12 million US dollars in funding from the Global Environment Facility Trust Fund.
