Rural development is defined as a process aimed at improving the quality of life of people living in these areas.It is an integrated process, which includes social, economical, political and spiritual development.It is with this in mind that Clinton Lloyd Gordon became determined in his field of work to do what was in his power to help better the lives of the poor living in the rural parishes where he served.
