In our last programme, Paediatric Haematologist/Oncologist at the University Hospital of the West Indies Dr. Michelle Reece Mills leukaemia or cancer of the blood as the most common cancer seen in Jamaican children. Lymphoma cancer of the lymph glands and brain tumours are also fairly common.
