Minister without portfolio in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries J.C. Hutchinson has announced that the Government is to establish its first Agro Economic Zone in Spring Plain Clarendon by 2017 The Zone will be setup through a public/private partnership arrangement to process and market produce from in and around the area.
