The Development Bank of Jamaica Limited (DBJ) invites sealed bids from Research Consultancy firms for the provision of Consultancy Services: Measuring DBJ’s Impact on Job Creation.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The consulting firm will be required to:
• Identify and verify the real jobs created based on loans received for strategic projects; and
• Measure the impact of DBJ’s financing and capacity development interventions on the firm’s outcomes.
