The National Works Agency invites eligible contractors to submit tenders for Road Rehabilitative Works: Torrington -Pennycoke (Torrington-Barham Bridge), Westmoreland. The works include preparation of formation, replacing base material, the application of Double Surface Dressing and pothole patching & repairs to the road.
