Occasion was a visit by the Minister to the Bustamante Hospital for Children in Kingston on March 3, where he interacted with heart surgery patients. Baby Shanoya’s surgery was the result of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Government/Bustamante Hospital and Health City. Six children, aged six months to three years, will benefit from the arrangement. Each child will be accompanied by a parent.
