Overseas Exams to Continue as Scheduled

PRESS RELEASE – In light of the current inclement weather conditions, the Overseas Examinations Commission (OEC) wishes to advise the students writing secondary level exit examinations and the general public that all examinations [CXC & GCE/IGCSE] scheduled for May/June 2017 will be held as time-tabled.

These are regional and international examinations which cannot be rescheduled.

Candidates are encouraged to attend examinations at their designated centres.

In cases of extreme weather events however, where flooding and landslides are in play and candidates are unable to access transportation, they should go to the nearest examination centre where they will be accommodated.
