The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) continues to advise members of the public to heed health precautions to safeguard against smoke inhalation.

Tips for Protecting Yourself
 Avoid undue exposure to the smoke by closing windows and doors.
 Use a clean wet rag to cover your nose and mouth to minimize the effects of the smoke.
 The elderly, children and those with respiratory issues should pay particular attention not to exposing themselves to the smoke.
